How do I add my partner to my account?

Open Couple Bible, go to your account or couple settings, and follow the partner invite steps. Your partner will need to accept the invitation so both of you can be linked in the same couple experience.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google, not directly by Couple Bible. On iPhone, open the App Store or Settings app, go to your Apple ID subscriptions, choose Couple Bible, and cancel from there.

How do I request a refund?

Refund requests for Apple purchases must be submitted through Apple's Report a Problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I reset my password?

Use the password reset option on the Couple Bible sign-in screen. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder and confirm that you entered the correct email address.

How do I delete my account?

Email couplebibleapp@gmail.com and ask us to delete your account. Please include the email address connected to your Couple Bible account so we can locate it.

Why am I not receiving push notifications?

Make sure notifications are enabled for Couple Bible in your device settings. You can also check Focus modes, Do Not Disturb, app notification preferences, and whether your device has an active internet connection.
